These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3jla ("3jla", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 3jla.vip. By registering an account, accessing the 3jla platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the 3jla platform.
1.Definitions
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:
- "Platform" means the 3jla website, mobile browser interface, all gaming products, the sportsbook, bingo rooms, and any other service offered under the 3jla brand at 3jla.vip.
- "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the 3jla Platform.
- "Balance" means the real-money funds and/or bonus credits held in your 3jla Account wallet at any given time.
- "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 3jla before processing withdrawals.
- "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money stake placed on any game, table, or sports market available on the Platform.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal.
- "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed under Section 9 of this Agreement.
2.Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", or any equivalent confirmation when creating an Account on the 3jla Platform, you irrevocably accept this Agreement and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Your acceptance takes effect at the moment of account creation and continues for as long as your Account remains active.
Important: If you are accessing the 3jla Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 3jla is lawful in your location.
3jla reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. Where changes are material, 3jla will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or registered email address.
3.Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Age Requirement
Registration and use of the 3jla Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is consistent with the minimum legal gambling age applicable under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 3jla reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where the age requirement is not met.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 3jla Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address used — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.3 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 3jla Account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false registration information is a breach of this Agreement.
3.4 Prohibited Registrations
The following individuals are not eligible to register an Account on 3jla:
- Individuals under 21 years of age;
- Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from 3jla or from gambling platforms generally;
- Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of 3jla and their immediate family members;
- Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
4.Account Management
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 3jla staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility.
4.2 Unauthorized Access
You must notify 3jla immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 3jla will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend your Account during the investigation period. 3jla is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
4.3 Inactive Accounts
An Account is considered inactive after twelve (12) consecutive months with no login activity. 3jla may apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive Account balances, commencing from the thirteenth month of inactivity, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.
5.KYC Verification
Prior to processing any withdrawal, 3jla requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS or GSIS ID, Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Passport, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID, and COMELEC Voter's ID.
KYC verification typically completes within one (1) business day of document submission. 3jla may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address or source of funds, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in Account suspension.
Note for Philippine Players: 3jla is committed to compliance with anti-money laundering regulations applicable to online gaming platforms operating within the Philippine regulatory context. KYC requirements exist to protect both the Platform and its players.
6.Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on 3jla is ₱100. 3jla accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and UnionBank. Deposits via e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are credited to your 3jla wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the processing time of the relevant financial institution. 3jla does not charge fees on deposits; however, your financial institution may apply its own transaction charges.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are only available to verified players who have completed KYC. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 3jla Account. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. 3jla targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawals to be processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of request, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard banking hours and may take longer.
6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld in the following circumstances:
- KYC verification has not been completed;
- The withdrawal amount includes Bonus Credits that have not met the applicable wagering requirement;
- 3jla has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
- Verification of the withdrawal payment method is outstanding;
- A regulatory or compliance hold has been placed on the Account.
6.4 Currency
All transactions on the 3jla Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 3jla does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
7.Bonuses & Promotions
3jla offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, including an applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit threshold, maximum bonus amount, eligible games, and expiry period. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms prevail.
7.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Credits credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount and not to any real-money deposit made alongside it. Progress towards wagering requirements is tracked in real time in your Account dashboard.
7.2 Bonus Abuse
3jla takes bonus integrity seriously. The following constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or mathematically near-certain betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance (commonly known as "bonus hunting"); coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures; and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith. 3jla reserves the right to recalculate, cancel, or forfeit bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
8.Gaming Rules
All games available on the 3jla Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. In all cases, the game outcome as recorded by 3jla's system logs is final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded in 3jla's server logs, the server log prevails. Payouts are calculated and credited to your wallet automatically upon game completion.
8.1 System Malfunction
In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or network failure during a game round, 3jla will use server-side records to determine the correct outcome. Bets placed during a verified system malfunction may be voided and the relevant stake returned to the player's wallet. 3jla is not liable for any losses arising from player-side technical failures, including device malfunctions, internet disconnections, or browser crashes.
8.2 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time and are not generated by software algorithms. The video recording of each session constitutes the definitive record of all game outcomes. Live dealer games are subject to the same general gaming rules as other Platform products.
9.Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jla Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, without prejudice to any other remedies available to 3jla:
- Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
- Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any vulnerability in the Platform's software or infrastructure;
- Colluding with other players in any game format, including live poker or any multiplayer game;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity;
- Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by registering a new Account or using another person's Account;
- Engaging in charge-backs, payment disputes, or reversal requests where the relevant funds have already been wagered on the Platform;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3jla staff or other players via any Platform communication tool.
10.Intellectual Property
All content on the 3jla Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layout, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 3jla or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 3jla Platform without prior written consent from 3jla. Unauthorized use of 3jla's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
11.Privacy & Data
3jla collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 3jla implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. 12.Responsible Gaming
3jla is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide the following tools to all registered players:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts via your Account settings;
- Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic session termination after a specified duration;
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks;
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of 6 months or indefinitely.
All 3jla players must be 21 years of age or older. If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek support. Further information and tools are available on our Responsible Gaming page.
21+ Policy: 3jla enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source after verification.
13.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3jla, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other financial or non-financial loss.
3jla does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and factors beyond 3jla's reasonable control — including but not limited to internet service disruptions, force majeure events, and regulatory actions — may temporarily affect Platform availability. 3jla shall not be liable for any losses sustained during periods of unavailability.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 3jla's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
14.Suspension & Termination
3jla reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 3jla reasonably believes that:
- The player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
- The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
- The player is under 21 years of age;
- Continued operation of the Account would expose 3jla or its players to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
- The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding thirty-six (36) months with a zero balance.
Upon termination, 3jla will process withdrawal of any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account to the player's registered payment method, unless the balance is subject to a hold, freeze, or regulatory restriction. Bonus Credits are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon Account closure.
15.Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of the 3jla Platform, you should first contact 3jla's customer support team through the in-platform live chat or via the email address displayed on the Platform. 3jla undertakes to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal processes, you may escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution channel published on the Platform. All disputes relating to specific game outcomes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. 3jla's server records shall be the definitive source of truth for all game outcome disputes.
16.Amendments
3jla reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material in nature, 3jla will notify registered players via email or a prominent Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17.Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing the operation and use of online gaming platforms in the jurisdiction in which 3jla operates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that is not resolved through the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
Players in the Philippines use the 3jla Platform subject to their compliance with Philippine laws and regulations, including those relating to online gambling, consumer protection, and data privacy. It is each player's responsibility to ensure that their use of 3jla is lawful in their specific jurisdiction.
