12.Children & Minors
The 3jla platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 3jla does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account, refund any real-money balance to the source payment method, and securely delete the relevant personal data.
Parental Notice: If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and believe they may have accessed or registered on the 3jla platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 17. We will investigate and take prompt action.
13.Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of 3jla's service providers and technology partners may be located outside the Philippines.
